About us

Greg’s Books is a local family owned business. My wife and I have lived in Middle Tennessee since 2000.

My grandfather never went to school, never learned to read or write. He started plowing a team of mules at 9 yrs old. Literacy is a gift my parents gave to me. I want to pass part of that gift on to others.

We offer a free book pick-up service. We collect your books, resell them at bookstores, flea markets, community book sales, and online. This supports our family and covers the costs of the free pick-up service.

We also donate books to schools, libraries, and community organizations in our local area. Recycling is always a last resort.
